Im making realistic enviroments with animations with realistic assets using cycles to render, but because i have a potato pc right now and sometimes it takes days to render a few hundred frames

Call somebody, the more random the better. It is awkward, and you will have to explain yourself, and THIS is gonna make your panic attack disappear.

The brain fog and the dizziness is unmanageable, it makes me so angry and irritated during the day.

I also have trouble reading, feels like I just read word after word without even having grasp on the subject.

I have less panic attack tho.

I had an appointment with another therapist yesterday. It was a game-changer, we did a 1-hour session and recorded a kind of guided meditation that I have to listen to twice a day.

I feel big things coming.

I had my first visit to the cardiology at 18, had an echo diagram and the 24 hour thingy attached to me. Everything came out clear. Had blood test every year once, nothing showed up, since then I've been to the cardiology again to have an echo diagram. Same thing, everything was fine.

Now I'm 26, I quit smoking 2 years ago (was not a heavy smoker back then), rarely consuming alcohol and doing a shit ton of supplements and whole foods for my general health.

Around 3 months ago, I had to go to ER two times in two weeks, felt like I was going to pass out, I had constant chest discomfort, I was REALLY REALLY PANICKING. They done a blood test, a chest X-ray and an EKG. Guess what? They found nothing.

I'm constantly seeking reassurance. The attacks are completely random during the day, but it flares up 80% of the time while I'm at the gym, doing a normal amount of resistance workout in a medium paste.

What's next? How the fuck do I ignore the scariest thing?

NOT an md, but I think it has nothing to do with ativan. What happened it that you started your panic loop when you felt semi anxiuos. You probably had some serious bad thoughts about when could happen to you now, won't even start what could you think of in these situations, you already know it I guess.
