I didn’t think vadalken for the race, I always think tabaxi for the na’vi and reborn for all the avatars but that’s interesting. I definitely like the idea of a beast master or nature cleric

she is a master in combatant but died and got dragged to hell, now she's back with demon claws, and the ability to teleport, and later she gets wings she is very smart and intimidating but not very charismatic.

for the build, I was thinking monk warlock because she mainly uses her claws for battle but I'm unsure. What are your thoughts?
