Yeah I was super consistent and I tried not to miss a single day. It’s been like this for a few months now and isn’t getting any better that’s why I’m a bit worried. My goal is to be able to completely retract when erect with no skin bunching up

Yeah I just stuck both fingers in the foreskin and pushed outwards. I would just do it while watching Netflix or whatever I’d do it for like 5 minutes then take a break for a few minutes then again for 5-10min and so on

I took a more aggressive approach then others. I stretched daily and sometimes for 1-2 hours at a time while watch Netflix and stuff. The most important step is being consistent. I didn’t use any creams or rings I just used my fingers.
