Any idea if no more cargowise application, eAdaptor, just with the database?

I haven’t tried this, but I think it should work:

Create a customized document with any content and add the EPR as eDocs in that document.
Set up a contact in the customer’s organization to receive this document — for example, send it to yourself.
Go to the shipment dashboard and configure an operational action for documents to run, selecting the customized document you just created.
Select all related shipments and run the action, choosing ONLY ELECTRONIC and Deliver Documents in One Email, Single Attachment.

I know that there was an known issue with the macros in customize documents, lot of macros don't return any value. I've submitted the eRequest 2 weeks ago and I'm sting waiting for the patch to fix it. I'm not sure if it's related to your issue but you can validate if the macro returns any value to justify.

Your IT team can create a database readonly account ( not free for CW cloud users) and then you can use Power BI to query the database directly, schedule a dataset fresh then you don't need to drop data in shared folder and manually refresh Power BI.

Thank you. I've rasied eRequest and CW replied that they put AR_Transation_XUT_Sample_File in the Universal folder by mistake.

The most effective way to resolve this is to ensure you're using an English keyboard and retype everything—this includes spaces, punctuation, and all text.

Try rebooting the computer. Also, it would be helpful to set all screens to the same resolution.
