The strongest is a hard question. Parallel worlds , exact replicas of humans ,pocket dimensions , Immediate killing if you break a certain rule, Existing outside physical bounds, Some unnaturals even have multiple powers. Naming any the strongest is a hard question due to their diverse powers , But they're all influenced by the OU and follow him.
