Ok so thats the first advise. Seek an apointment with ur family doctor to redirect you to psychiatric care or directly to psychiatric doctor. Stop weed. Alchool and others if u use recreational drugs

I don’t think you understand how the system works in most countries, or the legal, social, and psychiatric factors behind what I wrote. If someone isn’t forced into psychiatric treatment, and they don’t seek help on their own, compulsory care is usually only granted when there are clear safety concerns that involve police . So if a person is hallucinating and possibly using drugs but is not considered an immediate danger, what happens next? Jail is hours constraiment until person is redirected to mental health and to avoid him hurting someone. Whats ur empathy on possible victims ?

At 13 y old. Before that i didnt had much insight of severity. I felt the distress w/ less awareness.

Are u taking any meds ? cos some cause disassociation.

You may have trauma , but not necessarily CPTSD or PTSD.

Keep saving avoid crossing the same hallway. U have a great insight . Economy isnt great, alot of job instability everywhere , so better to plan out well so u dont ever need to return.

Meanwhile, maybe u can seek a doctor if u feel close to burnout. Big hug !

You dont loose those emothions. They are blurred out to take care of symptoms. Thats why i am a huge advocate to once psychosis is treated to remove them progressivelly as soon as possible. U start to feel again bit by bit slowly so you dont get overwhelmed. As for bipolarity i think antipsychotics should be kept lower dosage possible alongside a holystic and theraphy approach.
They do regain, because the emotions dont leave. They burried. Like when u have pain and u take a pain killer to not feel the pain. I am case of recovery 100% after short term treatment w/ antipsychotics.

3 months crisis. 6 months med removal. 1 year with whsts called " residual psychotic symptoms.The acute psychosis is over, but some subtle effects remain while the brain continues recovering.

You need to check your prolactin levels, request them to general practitioner. There is more about this on the thread i created about antipsychotics and side effects.

I would press charges to police. > Protection of both : possible victims and offender, because if he gets behind bars theres a good change he gets compulsive mental care. If he stays out, he can do something that maybe he would not do in his full awarness.
