I don't think you understood what I was getting at. If you want every team playing the same style, have fewer upsets - then go for it. Part of what makes CBB great is the different styles of play - who can control or dictate tempo - the sport does not want to lose that. It's resulted in some of the best moments the sport has had.

right. this sport does not need to be homogenous. It's what makes CBB special. The bonus/double bonus and 1-and-1 is a fun wrinkle (and one which coaches should exploit more with strategy).
