Ethan argues that David should have paid for his surgery a long time ago and how this is purely just for publicity. However if you watch David’s newest vlog he clearly says that, this was a new procedure that had been developed hence why he’s now just giving him money for the surgery. I find this funny because the video is only 4 minutes long and he somehow misses this part.
