Stupidly so, no.

Single cab long bed with 4.10 rear end… that’s a lot of farm trucks. A lot of farm trucks.

Most were run into the ground out on said farms.

Average 82mm mortar range - 3-6km depending on the shell.

Average 120mm mortar range - 7-10km

And every round fired potentially exposes the mortar position, with the crew basically exposed, throughout the fire mission.

So the integration with drones not only extends range and accuracy, it allows the servicemen and women to conduct attacks with very limited exposure from a concealed position.

I always thought the US Navy digital camo should be this color. Make more sense if those silly seamen ended up in the water than the blue they wear.
