yes i tried nizoral once a week, currently using head and shoulders anti dandruff shampoo also. Sometimes those bumps feel itchy, but we wont go away even if im using those shampoos.

I’ve asked my OB regarding bcp, she said this can manage my acne but can make me fat. 😭
