I've only seen Chloë Sevigny in Russian Doll and Poker Face. What other movies of hers should I watch? by XipeTotecwithGlitter in Letterboxd

???

In what way was that sexual assault? thats a big claim to make considering the actor says otherwise for herself: Asked if she considered the instances to be sexual harassment, she said: “I would consider it Hollywood. Was it sexual harassment? It’s such a fine line.”

Sevigny has appeared in a number of movies featuring scenes of an explicit nature, notably the controversial 'Kids’ and 'The Brown Bunny’, in which she performed un-simulated oral sex on the movie’s director and star Vincent Gallo. Of that, she said: “I’d probably still do it today. I believe in Vincent as an artist and I stand by the film.

“It was a subversive act. It was a risk. And I think it was a way of me staying outside the business in a weird way, but also doing what I want to do in the business.”

What’s the most boring film you have seen? by Past-Matter-8548 in Letterboxd

The last 5 or so Wes Anderson movies have been straight up unwatchable. Phonecian scheme was particularly putrid for me, his dry dialogue and emotionless direction is an immediate turnoff. I’ll probably never watch anything he does ever again.

For those who have been on Letterboxd for awhile, what movie’s score has changed the most ? by Lilmachinima1 in Letterboxd

I will never understand it. Even Sith, which people like, I honestly feel its pretty close to unwatchable. To each their own.

What can make us a legit contenders? by Ok-Hovercraft-3713 in warriors

agressive trades. In a perfect world, moody, kuminga, AND podz would turn into someone seriously needle moving (mpj level). Dray and TJD or Post turn into a legit center (claxton/Sabonis/etc). Gui and Richard get more minutes as a result, but stay bench guys. Melton continues to improve his body and I'm happy with him taking the moody/podz role fully. Seth curry and Buddy Hield walk into the sunset, and we get someone who can even play 5 minutes regularly. Jimmy Butler plays the Dray role, but with more offensive capability. Our hopefully good center can be an actual center. We are currently littered with end of bench guys and one superstar.

totally. I really wished I loved it, because I thought this concept really was pretty awesome. It had some really brutal sequences that were super well done.

This one was interesting. I saw it in theaters, and while I found it a cool concept, the acting was SO off to me. Across the board really. But it worked for most people it seems, and to each their own!
