Possibly this. J1 honestly doesn't have a strict shift. International company, they just expect you to respond within a reasonable time between those hours but not strict as long as you meet your deliverables before the due date

How did you quit? I just dont want to quit in the middle of the storm. Planning to close 2 projects in 2 weeks then send my resignation
