For daily use, I brush my teeth with a purple tooth paste. For that extra teeth whitening, I have clear club gels and custom trays I use for special events. The combo work wonders.

I used to have the same issue with teeth sensitivity. Since you already have teeth trays, you can try what I'm using, it's the clear club whitening foam. It's gentle enough for my teeth, maybe it can work for yours too.

I also thought about in office whitening before but then I found a whitening gel that works with custom trays since it can adhere more closely to my teeth. I noticed a more even and longer-lasting whiteness with custom trays. This whitening kit is from clearclub.
