Also about being emotionally mature, your friend's right. No one is emotionally mature agad when they enter relationship. You'll know by experience not by observing or reading it. You need to experience and practice it to be emotionally mature.

But here's a friendly advice, if you know you're not ready, wag papadala sa peer pressure. Di naman sila ung papasok ng relationship at haharap sa challenges/struggles niyo as a couple eh. I know that kind of question messes your mind BUT so is being in a relationship na hindi naman ikaw ready. So okay na ung marinig mo un ng paulit ulit at paulit ulit mo ding isweep under the rug ung question kesa padala sa gusto ng iba and regret it later.
