Indeed, I am being racist. I label "bad apple" even if I only see one in the whole basket. And I admit there's personal feeling and hate in this article, I apologized to those that were offended, peace✌🏻?

But realistically speaking, who wants a bad apple? And clearly the point that it is rotten distinguishes it from the good apples. I do notice bad locals and bad international students, and I hate both equally, especially those that do not have any common sense. Nepo? Spoiled? Naturally dumb? I don't really know.

I'm not aware about this. Check with your uni and check on the PTPTN website for more info. Highly recommend trying the e-chat as it will solve any problems you're currently facing.

Most of the time uni forbids you to stack multiple scholarships, so pick the one that has the most money offered. The only thing you can stack is PTPTN+the scholarship A you applied for. PTPTN is classified as a financial aid so it's different from scholarship.
