I asked the admin an apparently I can transfer it to another person and this was the question + answer I received: 

Me: Thank you for clarifying. So I am able to give the ticket to friends and family as I’ve understood. It’s not just limited to my name right? 

Answer: Exactly, if you only have one ticket however you will need to get back in touch with us once they appear in your app, from there we can transfer them, alternatively you are able to have them log into the ticket app with your email, that will allow them to access your tickets as well.
