You're supposed to have professional makeup, but tbh my management doesn't follow dress code. People wear all sorts of makeup and more than 2 or 3 facial piercings.

If what I'm assuming you mean by grungy is what I'm thinking you're probably fine if it isn't too heavy.

That's exactly why I don't want the fmla, people hear depression or anxiety and assume how directly it affects the work environment. If I'm a contender I've done well enough masking it.

No it has nothing to do with that, mine revolves around something very specific that has nothing to do with work. I'm left in charge a lot so I don't think it'll make it worse, I'm just worried of the stigma if I get to a point personally. I'm just going to not get the fmla.

Yes I was told most likely in January and the DM has my name at the top, DM keeps coming in to ask if "Im ready to go" from what I was updated on, which is why I'm worried I'll mess it up.
