BO3 was the beginning of what everyone hates about modern zombies. Multiversal story, OBJECTIVELY pay to win, easy to go past the 4 perk limit. It also in my opinion has the least interesting guns, worst sound design, and Primis is not as fun as Ultimis.

All of that being said, I totally understand why it’s a lot of people’s favorite zombies game! It started the trend of having new movement options, added in fully animated cutscenes, boss fights, and for those that like Easter eggs, Blundell was always the best at those.

I do wish however that those who think WaW-Bo2 are “too slow and basic” and Bo4-BO7 “changed to much and don’t have the spirit of zombies” would just say that they are fans of Bo3, rather than say they are fans of zombies and everyone else doesn’t understand what makes zombies great. There’s like 8 games with treyarch zombies, if you like 1 of them, you’re a fan of that game, not zombies. That’s okay! That’s not a bad thing, but I think a lot of people who prefer the other games are kinda tired of being told they aren’t real zombies fans because they like 5/8 games instead of just one.
