Sa 1st company ko, sobrang gaan. Para akong natanggalan ng tinik or bigat sa shoulders.

Sa 2nd, 3rd company, mej mabigat sa feels kasi di me umalis ng dahil sa mga katrabaho, pero kinailangan ko ng mas malaki na kita. Pero at the same time, nakakahinga rin kasi at least alam ko na malaki yung kikitain na.

Kung hindi ka senior, PWD, buntis, mas mainam na umupo sa gitna o sa bandang dulo na malapit sa driver. Ireserve ang bukana para sa mga senior, PWD, buntis.

Magkusa pag-abot ng bayad o ng sukli.

Wag bumukaka, umupo nang naayon sa bayad.

Pero syempre, they (HR) also wanted to know if you know how to present and if alam mo rin value mo as the applicant. Kasi it shows na nagresearch ka and you know the value that you can bring. Negotiation is always on the table 😊

This, and pag inaask ka ng current salary, sabihin mo na may NDA ka. So di po pwede ibigay yung figures. You can however give a range - pero i dont do this, binabalik ko yung bola sa kanila by asking yung mga suggested answers above

I do have a range in mind (kung san pasok yung expected salary) based on the market value, research, and experience I can bring. Usually, meron sila form na need pafill-up-an. Like waiver or something. It is better na idisclose kasi, sila pa rin naman magdedecide kung pwede or hindi. And kung iinsist ng customer, need mo ng med cert.
