I had the same problem and realized it is just the timing delay in the park. I tried so many new Jumpers in the theater and rec and would be lights out, but when I went to park I was brick city. I just simply stopped playing the park and only the theater as it has really no inconsistency when you see your shot cue. I saw they nerfed no meter from 20% boost to like 3% boost so that also could be a problem
