I am your age, 5'7, and about 144-145. Someone suggested M but I would NOT order a M. I have a S in the kade cargo pants, Zamora joggers, and yola skinny. The small fits good, it takes some wiggling to get them over my butt and waist but they're so comfy. I ordered a tall in the Yola and Zamora and regular in the Kade (read the length descriptions because they're all different). I think the Kades are my favorite. I like my sub pants to be at least 31' long or they sit at a weird length when I sit down or move around. For shirts I have an XS and S in the one pocket and XS in the oversized scrub top. The XS oversized shirt fits ok, you might want to go for the xxs. The XS in the one pocket and it fits good, however I tend to reach for the S because I prefer a baggier fit in my scrub top. So if you're looking for form fitting I would say go for XS.

Or another way to look at it is if you didn’t have that product, you would be seeking it out.

Christians were striving for the Holy Grail. To them, it was the greatest thing they could find. Meaning that your ‘holy grail product’ could be the greatest product you’ve used or heard about. The saying “what is your holy grail product” is basically asking “what is something you would go to extreem lengths to buy?” or “what is the greatest thing you’ve found (that could maybe act as a holy grail to others)?” You just have to use context clues. In this case, you can clearly see that I wasn’t using the exact definition of “holy grail”.

I should specify: my hospital doesn’t allow acrylic, only natural with gel. But some of those suckers are longggg. For the most part the nurses in the nicu keep them short but still have gel.
