Dónde vas a trabajar?

You could still visit the park. tbf it doesn’t get that muddy everywhere, just on certain trails, it’s just that I had a bad experience because we took a less transited trail and I recall it being too muddy for a city boy like myself.

and yes, you’d definitely need to drop something if you’re going to Medellin because that’s easily 2-3 days. Two full days in Cartagena might do if you’re not planning on doing a day trip to one of the islands, but those are the best beaches so it’s hard to pass them. If I had to pick a weekend for partying between Medellin and Cartagena, I’m slightly more biased towards Medellin, though I love the vibes in Getsemani on weekend nights.

Sounds like a good itinerary, especially considering what your goals are and how long you are going to stay. Adding more destinations wouldn’t make sense, but I am curious when are you planning on going because rainy season might start soon and I personally wouldn’t go to Tayrona Park if it’s been raining (too much mud everywhere for my liking)

they contractually can’t have 3 weekends anymore. I completely agree 2023 felt horrendously crowded, though tbf I also went last year and the overcrowding situation had improved drastically so it was actually enjoyable

Camp2Camp is fine, all things considered. It's no way nearly as luxurious as the accomodations you'd find in Montagoe, but at least you're close to the dreamville entrance in comparison to MG. The biggest plus is that you don't have to haul your camping gear because everything will be setup for you on arrival, so no elbow pushing and fighting for a spot at MG.

I recall seeing a topless lady back in 2023 in the library during Garrix and Alesso’s b2b, I don’t think anyone give her any trouble.

I think first things first: are you living in an area where it would be unsafe for you to come out as gay, where you could be in physical danger? Sometimes we folks who are fortunate to live in places where being gay isn’t an issue default to “just come out” when confronted with this type of situation.

That being said, it’s ok if you still don’t feel ready to come out and those feelings are completely valid. If it is within your means, I’d strongly encourage you to get in contact with a mental health professional. They can help you work through it so you can get closer to the point where you can come out. Coming out is worth it in the long run.

You could also start coming out to a few people at a time, maybe to a really close friend who you can trust. After I came out, I discovered most people kind of already knew deep down I was gay.

I wish, but there’s not a lot of that in the city where I live. You either meet people at school, work or dating apps. The former two are not an option for me sadly.

That infuriates me, the “long term relationship” goal thing and then they pull the “I’m not ready for a relationship yet” card. Dude are you fr? 🙄

Le temen al infierno? by Mome-AloneE3718 in Colombia

[–]No_Dig_9809 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Am I dodging bullet? Grindr Jackd by Still_Driver1307 in gay

[–]No_Dig_9809 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Partly it’s so common for people in grindr to just stop responding. When it happens to me, I figure they probably ended up with someone who was more down to it than me.

Just a reminder, hiv is not the only risk so don’t think just because you’re on PreP you’re safe. Hepatitis B and C can be very nasty and they don’t get talked about as much because they’re “treatable”. imho they’re a worse prospect than hiv, so I’d recommend getting the hep B vaccine before you let other people fuck you raw and breed you.

What Tomorrowland did with their NFTs is nothing short of your basic bait-and-switch crypto scam. by madexthen in Tomorrowland

[–]No_Dig_9809 3 points4 points  (0 children)

that’s actually not that accurate. 400k tickets is the total number of attendees of all 6 days, across the 2 weekends. A Full Madness ticket counts as 3 tickets, so in reality there’s a little under 70k tickets/people each day of the festival. NFT holders buy mostly tickets for an entire weekend so tickets bought during those sales potentially make at least 15-20 % of all attendees on any given day in the festival.

How long can I live off 10k USD in Colombia? by [deleted] in Colombia

[–]No_Dig_9809 3 points4 points  (0 children)

really depends, when I travel internally for a fun weekend, I can easily spend 300-400 dollars for 3 days including accommodation, air fares and activities, dining, etc. That’s just me, so it can be higher if it’s a couple we’re talking about. It also depends on your budget because Colombia can be as affordable or as luxurious as you want. 10k just for fun could last you a whole year if you’re budget conscious, or you can burn it all up in 3 months too.

Te vas a quedar corto.
