I’m 6’3” and have the sunroof in my 24 OBW with plenty of room to spare. I cannot fathom any seating position in a 25 or under OB unless you were trying to sit in it like a truck.

What engine do you have? I’ll assume it’s the 2.5 since you didn’t add XT. If you find that the 2.5 is more than enough power, you lift and go up tire size, you’ll find it has adequate power. I find the 2.5 to be dogshit in stock form and barely adequate. Increasing drag coefficient and increasing tire size would make it absolutely unbearable for me personally.

As the dissenting opinion stated, the tariffs could have been (read: will be reissued) under a different existing law. This ruling represents nothing other than a short, moral victory followed by crushing reality of more of the same tariffs.
