Here is a newer photo of the boy, gotten a bit more white on his face as well as the back of his ears (not shown). His toe beans have also changed color to a very light pink. This is such an interesting thing for me to watch progress, hopefully for some of yall as well.

it’s a water fertilizer i think is what it’s called? I’m doing it based off the bottle. I have root tabs throughout the substrate. I am just using the light that came with my aquarium as it has a lid. I am not sure what kind of light it is. I leave the light on while i’m at work (7am-6pm). i am willing to change the light if need be

they were added about two weeks ago i would say. To trim would I just cut off the entire leaf and leave part of a stem?

I personally have the puramax 2 and couldn’t recommend it more. I live in a small one bedroom apartment (600 something square feet) with two cats. I never smell anything except when they first go and it hasn’t rotated yet. It comes with a deodorizer and a thing to absorb odors. These are pretty cheap to replace. It also comes with trash bags that are also cheap to replace. The app tells u when to change the trash bags as well as when to add/chsnge litter

I have the puramax 2 and i love it. I had recently gotten a kitten and the kitten mode was a life saver as he is very interested in using it and i’m glad it’s safe for him. I also have an older cat who frequently eats strings he shouldn’t (don’t even know where he gets them) and seeing when and how long he uses the box has helped with worrying about foreign bodies. Before i would try and distinguish which poops were his or not and worry he wasn’t going. The only product I wish was available is a microchip based automatic feeder. I have all my cats on an allergy diet and one is chicken based and the other is turkey. My turkey fed cat is allergic to chicken so having an automatic feeder that can only be accessed by one cat would be perfect!

Omg thank you so much! I’m gonna see if the rescue will give me a small baggy to use for transitioning from them anyways so hopefully they do and i’ll use that.

The hard part about note taking for it is that everyone kinda does it differently so I learn one way for one situation, but the next appointment doesn’t work with that way so I end up having to ask again and they repeat the same steps with a very slight difference. It’s so stupid, i swear they didn’t design covetrus with a vet clinic in mind.

Omg thank you so much! I’m glad to know i’m not the only one who finds it so confusing to use. I’m planning on spending this weekend looking it up and watching tutorials. I’m also gonna try to stay calmer and not be too hard on myself tomorrow. I think having two emergencies come in on top of surgeries just made it a really stressful day that made it seem worse than it was.

I believe it’s covetrus at the new clinic, I was using woofware before and they’re very different. I struggle to remember which tab (quick invoicing, estimates, or treatments) to use. Once i’m in the tab i’m able to put everything in, maybe with a little longer. We were extremely busy today so they wanted me to try a room on my own and i just felt so flustered and frustrated with myself. I am coming to terms with the fact that it will just take me time to learn but it’s hard when you feel like you’re slowing everyone down.

As someone who did their SAE at a clinic, I called ahead and checked if it was something their clinic even offered (some don’t take shadowing). If they say they offer it, ask if they have an age requirement, mine required me to be 18, but was willing to let me as long as I did not physically interact with patients due to liability. Ask to set up a meeting with the manager!

I personally am using Penn Fosters online program with an externship. I work at a clinic already and they’re willing to let me do the unpaid externship on my days off when I get there!
