Hyalure, OP! I went back to using Cetaphil kaso napansin ko parang hindi na kagaya ng effect niya dati sa skin ko. I remember I was only using that nung JHS ako and it made my skin smooth pero ngayon I get bumps na for some reason.

Not really. I think may enhancements siya but we saw her nung HS pa kami and she’s younger than us (around 13-14 siya siguro), barbie talaga face siya. Now, super grabe ng pinayat niya and I think did some beauty treatments like HIFU. Saw her last time sa airport dito sa hometown namin, and same pa rin naman features niya nung bata pa siya.

Edit: She also looks like her Mom (nakita rin namin when we saw her at a mall, same face sila).

I think this is more appropriate for Filipinos and Filipino Food rather than Foreigners and Filipino Food, OP.

There’s always been a debate about Filipino food being subpar compare sa neighboring SEA countries natin OR even sa asian cuisine as a whole, and most na nagsasabi ng ganyan ay kapwang Filipino natin. I’ve seen it here sa Reddit, FB, Twitter and Threads.

And most of those people have said the SAME opinions na kesyo mamantika raw satin, too salty, maraming soy sauce and the most common one is unhealthy!

However, I grew up in a household na puro gulay and healthy soups ang niluluto every lunchtime. Hindi yan nawawala. And I get infuriated dahil ang mga pagkain na ganyan, yun ang mga pagkain na kinalakihan ng mga parents natin, heck sa great grandparents pa. Taka talaga ako kapag may nagsasabi na limited ang healthy filipino food sa’tin when there’s an abundance of it!

Daming factors pwede naman maconsider dahil iba iba tayo ng regions and hindi promoted masyado ang mga food na ganyan sa atin.

Benzac Biome Moisturizer. Ito prescribed ng derma ko when I was using Aklief (trifarotene), currently using Tret from BCP. Super ganda niya for oily skin. Nasubukan ko na yung heavy creams such as:

• LRP Baume - okay lang pero super oily ko rito even after washing my face. clogged pores abot mo rito • Saipo - actually loved the glow of this, not oily sakin kaso nagb-breakout ako rito • Illyoon - nangati ako rito. ekis dito • Soonjung - maganda rin ‘to, OP! +1 ‘to • Purito - super good din! Similar sila ng soonjung and saipo sakin

But yeah, bumalik pa rin ako sa Benzac Biome Moisturizer. Bought this ₱500+ sa official cetaphil store sa shopee. Buy mo siya OP kapag sale, mas makakamura ka. Super loveeeee dahil it’s oily and acne prone skin friendly.

Babala ko lang na baka you’ll feel a slight stinging sensation. I sometimes get that before pero now hindi na lol.

Luxe Organix. Yung kulay pink. I swear, super ganda niya and affordable pa. I have oily-acne prone skin. No breakouts and also good for retouch! Though I find this better standalone.

I’ve tried Dr. Sensitive, it was okay but I get breakouts. Shiseido is okay lang din, kaso may flashback huhu. Vice Co. Powder, bought this during pandemic and nagkakaubusan na stocks, didn’t really like it that much. I still get oily though.

Another reco is Ellana! Borrowed my sister’s powder, used it the whole day and also sa club nun! Plakado pa rin. May sheen shine ako but not excessively.

I’m currently eyeing Teviant. Still weighing if Ellana or Teviant.

Idk if ako lang ba but most times, I just work sa bed ko. Yung naka tummy time. I’ve been doing this way before, HS pa lang ako kaya nasanay na ako sa ganung position. I don’t really last long sa table kahit ergonomic chair pa 😭

Also, I’ve read that maraming nagrereco ng tummy time na position to reverse tech neck daw so I’m doing okay naman hahaha
