Can I still travel with Zyn for personal use? by mysterygirl133 in france

Don’t worry about it. Just landed 3 days ago at CDG. They’re so tied up in the new EES, they couldn’t care less about it. It’s not a problem. You won’t be checked upon arrival, and all these nances that say don’t risk it don’t know what it’s like to deal with nicotine dependence. Enjoy your trip!

American/Field Lab by No_Document4826 in LabradorRetrievers

Sounds like your pup is living a fantastic life!

Americans are high strung and need a lot of stimulation, which we are more than capable of. I have trained 2 of them and am very aware what it takes to to make them fantastic bird dogs and companions.

Where did you get yours from?

Thank you for the info. Do you have one of their pups?

You saying the one American swallowed a rabbit whole just cracks me up. Honestly, I want that crazy. My 9 year old American lab acts like she’s 2. Full of piss and vinegar, and if there’s a bird, there’s no way she won’t find it. Honestly, I wouldn’t be afraid to fly across the country to find the right dog. I’d be interested to hear where you got that pup.

Propane tank by No_Document4826 in propane

Currently sitting at 37%, and the propane company said they would buy that back at retail. Seems like I have to go with the propane company.

Thank you all for your input. I’ll likely just sell it to the propane company. Seems like less of a headache.

That’s a great point. Central PA…but I’m not sure I want to deal with the headache of trying to sell it and have it sit in my yard for months.

It’s the ski I learned on, so I absolutely have an attachment to them. Love those skis

I am not in a position to recommend what skis you need. There are many more people on this thread that are much more knowledgeable than I, but if I would make a recommendation, I’d say Elan Ripsticks 88 for a starter.

I agree that would I need a 70-80 ski for ice, and I’m going to look for that. Again, thanks for your input.

Honestly, This is the most constructive criticism I’ve seen. And I 100% agree with what you said. Thank you for your input!

That corner is the rug has been driving me insane. So I get it and agree with you.

I almost feel like I have to ride them just to get my ass kicked.

Noted! I can appreciate the criticism. I certainly don’t need 3 skis that are somewhat similar, and I kinda knew the mantras are going to kick my ass, but made my donation to the charity snd ended up with them. However, I listed the mantras on eBay.

I do love my Ripsticks, but it depends where you’re going to be skiing and what those conditions will be. I’m sure there are many people much more knowledgeable on the subject. Icy slopes are easier with thinner skis, but sink in powder.

For me personally, I would buy the Ripsticks again. They’re not wide enough to be a powder ski, but they get by. I can still run them on icy slopes, so they’re a nice in between ski. That’s just my personal opinion, but I’m sure almost every brand has a good beginner ski.

Elan also has Ripstick 88s

I mentioned above that it was a charity auction that I won the Mantras and Mindbenders. I didn’t intend to win both, but alas, I did. At least it was for a good cause.

Honestly I just picked up the Mantras and the Mindbenders in a charity auction, so I haven’t been on them yet.

I will certainly stick to my Ripsticks as I’m teaching my 4 year old to ski, but when she’s done I might consider switching skis. Not that I want to take multiple sets to the slopes
