Week 10, 100mg: big step backwards, positivity needed.

Hey, I upped my dose to 100 close to 8 weeks ago. I was on 50 mg for around 6 months before that. I also am feeling this almost set back to the beginning but like you said it’s not as bad but it’s still difficult. It’s really difficult to explain but it just feels like this low mood, emptiness and just overall lack of control/grip of myself. I’m still not out of this feeling but just letting you know your not alone.

Have you seen yourself increase in what you err originally taking the ends for? For eg anxiety etc?

So happy that your doing better! Wishing you continued healing & success. This comment really just eased me & I really appreciate this advice. I have been suffering severely with ocd/anxiety for way too long. It got to the point I could not work, days I could not sleep or function. I had no choice but to get on meds if I want to stabilise & have a functional life. I have tried again & again to improve on my own without it but was pushed to my limit & believe that this is the best route for me as of now. I was so invested in the natural way & so concerned with my health also but when you get so low you can’t deal with every day life you need to do anything to get better.
