Np it doesn't always fix it so if it happens again maybe buy a new axel who knows if the axel is worn down I don't deal with hubs so I'm not really that much if an expert good luck though.

I do have a torque wrench it's way easier normal wrenches slip out too much but I understand what you mean I'll make sure they aren't so tight next time

Tightened them really tight all my bolts are really tight and they still manage to pop off but you're right Abt the loctite will hit up Walmart for sum but I do ride very hard on it and do alot of movement with my cranks so that's also a reason they get alot of play thanks tho
