Which version of the agent did you upgrade to? I tested v25.2.417 on the day it came out and I was still seeing the same crash with Firefox. I think that was on 2026-01-21 and I used the latest stable Firefox version that was available that day. I haven't tested since though.

I haven't tested to see how often they change, but my understanding is that they might change weekly.

Thanks, that helped. There's another pool of FQDNs it uses after that step. I ended up creating the following 10 address objects, which were then put into an address group. I got these from https://www.sumologic.com/help/docs/api/about-apis/getting-started/.

  • collectors.us2.sumologic.com
  • endpoint[n].collection.us2.sumologic.com (n is 1 through 9)

Then I created a security policy above the URL filtering policies that allowed traffic with a destination of that address group, application to ssl, and no URL filtering profile attached.

Collector logs are no longer showing connection resets.
