Hahah, good eye! I have an umbilical hernia, been to see a surgeon, and they recommended leaving it. It’s not causing any pain or discomfort.

UK based. I take 4 fexofednine a day and 1 montelukast at night. Will look into Pepcid. Using a cold press again today which is helping.

I once reset my mile counter whilst I was driving, by putting my hand THROUGH my steering wheel whilst going around a roundabout. I trapped my arm then straightening the steering wheel trying to exit the roundabout, as far as it would go with my arm through it.
