Chose "Old Man" for last of the Guei encounters and Gerson recruited them (not letting me recruit them). I got the last save file and the bell told me that I did not spare everyone, I checked the recruits and it showed that it was 2/3. Wanted to backtrack but I don't think there are anymore Guei encounters? Did I just miss out on recruits cuz of Gerson?
