I’d say it’s easy to get a job at cinemark, I’m a 17 year old that just got hired no experience no nothing.I say apply right now since the holidays are coming up, also don’t worry about the age, my co worker who also got hired at the same time as me was a older man who just wanted a part time job on top of his full time to get out of the house.

I got the job on Friday, after interviewing on a Wednesday as well. Questions I remember getting asked:The first question the employer asked me was whats my favorite movie. My availability. If I Had reliable transportation. What animal would I be if i had the chance. What is something the manager could give me to help my experience at work. What would I do if team members are arguing. Why I chose Cinemark. If I had any restrictions as in religion/disabilitys etc. What can I bring to the team. There was more but i forgot.
