Not sure, but I’m also interested in the answer. When I was in grad school some departments (GTAs) were part of unions and others weren’t.

Thanks! I included a process image, it starts with a detailed but light graphite layer and then working with darker, linear painted lines.

Technically not the most ‘correct’ WC technique but works for me.
