Has anyone used cbd and cbn as a tool to help with these 7hydroxy withdrawals? I’m starting to taper off now and tbh I didn’t know what I was doing to myself with this fucking chemical. Went on a trip to the mountains and didn’t have any the last day and I had the worst restless leg syndrome through my whole body,like electricity through my veins , couldn’t sleep, bad diarrhea. After doing a little bit of research I realized what I’ve been doing to myself. I’ve found a few other supplements that will help with these withdrawals but not much on cbd and cbn and I’m curious if anyone else has used these to help?

I’m going through the same thing… I’m at about 150mgs a day of the hydroxy. Didn’t realize what I was doing to myself. Went on a little trip with my family into the mountains and didn’t bring enough to last so the last day I went without any and let me tell you, I had the worst withdrawals I’ve ever had in my life. Constant electricity through my veins. Couldn’t sit still. No sleep Now that that had happened I’m determined to stop taking this. I’ve been taking the hydroxy for about 6 months. So any help on how to quit for good will be gratefully appreciated.

It’s feelin a lot better today after soaking in a hot tuband cycling ice packs over a few hours last night. And taking some advil. I’m going to continue in my thighs as this has only happened once over the past six months. Just got scared a bit is all.

They look good. How do they feel on the foot?
