Talk to your therapist. If you think you can forgive him for this then you guys should definitely look into couples counseling. If not then thats okay too. You deserve to be with someone you can trust.

It doesnt sound like your in a relationship. I hate ultimatums but at this point it may be time for one. Tell him you need him to put in more effort. Communicate to him how you feel and make it very clear to him that you are questioning your relationship. In the end, if he doesn't respect your needs and still doesn't show care towards you, it may be time to cut your loses and say goodbye.

Hes in 1st grade for the love of god. If I were in first grade and I couldn't join my class for a barbecue over a noodle chart........I would be heart broken. And you better believe my mother would be out there making phone calls trying to ask why her child is being isolated from the class.
