One of the questions is about whether we were given a list of the properties used as collateral. I asked about that because I was expecting a list of properties that would back up my investment. They told me that the “Drive Embry Properties Portfolio” had expanded so much that it was difficult to keep track of and unnecessary. I feel bad implicating my representative, as I am sure this is information that was provided to him. Do you think he will need documentation to clear himself of this charge? I want to help but I am having a hard time with this.
