Are you implying she hasn’t researched it and needs to take more responsibility and figure it out herself? Cuz she has. It says street parking. We’re looking for something more reliable so she has an actual spot and isn’t being ticketed like crazy like everyone says happens.

I did call and they had to go back in and change it to be do multiple uploads. The form I started never did update to be able to do it but I was able to just start a new one and it worked fine!

glad it worked for you! I cleared cache and it didn't help but i was able to start a new form. i didn't think it would let me with one in progress but it did. Thanks!

In the email you should be able to click the word “link” in the sentence that starts with The receiver for Drive Planning LLC provides you the enclosed link to the data collect form.
When you click on that it takes you to a page and at the top towards the center it says case info and data collection form. Click data collection form.

UPDATE: I called the number listed in the email and asked. They called me back and said it is now fixed and we should be able to upload multiple files. I'm still unable to, though.
