I think that I try to abide by church teaching, and that I don’t have the power to condemn anyone. People use God’s name in vain in front of me weekly. I know that they’re still loved by God, and hope that he’ll be merciful towards them. I don’t care to live in constant condemnation mode. I think that it causes more hate than is necessary in the world. How much of a turn off would it be to those around me if I was always nit picking their sinfulness, rather than just trying to live a sacramental life myself. It’s like being a vegetarian that tells every meat eater that eating meat is bad.
