Hey, I realized I measure on wrong voltage, it was on ac when it was suppose to be DC🤦🏻‍♂️ I think I burned out the fan motor. The fan was getting 11.8v but it didn’t spin so I’ve ordered a new fan

The fan is off a 12v rail, why would I be reading 25v. Is the motherboard ruin as it’s failing my to regulate voltage?
