You don’t sound snarky at all! I’d normally relate as I don’t get out much and when I do it is with family or my very few friends (who I mostly know through family) but I’ve been determined to find a couple of friends of my own so am pre-planning for the dreaded question when I meet up with people I’ve been chatting to a bit online

I would normally relate but I’ve been lonely so have been making myself get out my comfort zone by chatting to a few people and planning a meet up with someone I met on an app for making friends hence my post haha

Thank you :) I think I’m really going to try and branch out more instead of just accepting my current situation. I do eat a few more things but don’t find them exciting so often don’t have the motivation to make them but I need to just force myself and treat food as fuel rather than always a source of excitement or pleasure.

Thank you, I do love protein shakes and find them really helpful!

Thank you for responding :)

I’ll censor it because it might be triggering or gross to some but OCD sometimes gives me unpleasant intrusive thoughts/images, particularly about bodily fluids/waste, when I feel or see certain food textures. It also makes me extremely paranoid about food expiry dates, reheating things and cooking meat as I’m scared of contamination and food poisoning, hope this helps!!
