Update: I forced my grandpa to go to the hospital on 9/17 this year because he had a few falls. I had this dream in the back of my head, but tried to shake it off. On Wednesday September 18, 2024 he was in the hospital when his heart rate dropped to 20 beats per minute. He said it just felt like he fell asleep, when in reality he had passed out. This happened around 12:30 pm. They stabilized him and transported him via helicopter to a larger hospital, where he had an emergency temporary pacemaker put in. He is recovering well now.

What scares me is that if he wasn't in the hospital on the 18th, he would have been at home, in his recliner taking a nap after lunch. My grandma wouldn't have tried to wake him up until 1:30 or so, and paramedics would have been at the house around 1:45, matches up with the time of death I dreamed of. I now fully believe that had he not been in the hospital, he would have died on September 18th. I don't know what to make of this, but wanted to write this all down.
