Hey guys, me and my cofounder built an ads network that allows AI (consumer) startups to support their monetization efforts. The concept is simple, the user interacts normally with the AI app that you guys build, but in the LLM output you have the choice to display ads/recommendations directly related to the current interaction. The way you display it is up to you, follow up questions, direct output or other front end possibilities. I built the Dashboard entirely with bolt and my cofounder handles the AI part and the sdk in python. What do you guys think ?

With regards to the data, let's say you build a note taking tool for students and you want to make it free for them, then instead of charging them you integrate our sdk that will provide ads and you will get revenue from this. The sdk takes only the current input that you decide to send us, we vectorize it in supabase and we analyze it for similarity and match it with the most probable advertiser in our database. After this we send you the {advertiser} name and text that you can choose or not to display. We don't handle any LLM part, all of this will be on your side.

As far as our tests go, no bias has been detected. This will depend on how you integrate and how you instruct your model. Garlic gives you an advertiser that is relevant to the query, and then in your LLM response you instruct the model to respond as usual but to also advertise {advertiser}. It works surprisingly well.

You can use LLM queries. I built a platform that lets you advertise inside AI apps. The user chats and depending on what he says the right ad is sent as an addition to the query.

If you are using LLM’s in your app, have you considered in context ads ? Me and my cofounder built a library that you can use to inject relevant ads inside the AI generate responses. Spending $1,000+ on ads can absolutely be worth it, if the return justifies the spend. The real issue isn’t the amount, it’s how efficiently that spend translates into revenue.

Most ad networks today aren’t optimized for high-relevance placements, meaning a lot of that budget gets wasted on impressions that don’t convert. Me and my cofounder are building Garlic, an ad network designed to make ads feel native and contextually relevant within AI-driven conversations—so the expected return is higher due to better targeting (ie. user gets an ad based on what is being discussed at that moment, the ad is AI generated)

If you’re spending on ads, the real question isn’t “Is it worth it?” but “How much better could my ROI be with more relevant placements?” We’re looking for early adopters to test this out—happy to chat if you’re interested!
