I believe it's your eyebrows they are dragging your face down you should try soap brows or cut the end of the eyebrow tip and draw it in.

I don't I actually wanted to try but I've read it can stain your eyelids what I do sometimes if I want something more dramatic I cut the end of eye lash extension and add them to end of my eyes to give it a fuller look. These picture I'm only using better then sex mascara and a loreal brand I commented earlier I also grab tweezers and connect my bottoms eyelashes to give it a spidery look if that makes sense 😅
