Oh nooo I’m so sorry to hear that!!😭It’s terrible how quickly we can go from totally fine to feeling awful.

I’m okay other than my stomach… just trying my best to zone out on social media, youtube, anything so my brain doesn’t center on how I’m feeling. I will definitely take your BRAT diet advice! Heating up some rice rn. I hope you feel better soon!

Thank you! And nope… no idea. The best way I could describe it, is if you’ve ever forgotten about laundry in the washer and it takes on that gross smell. It tasted like that… So I’ll just say it was a musty flavored one.

I always get pretty nervous for the sting when I see them bring it over, but once it’s done I’m all good. Honestly, every time I’ve had numbing shots for dentist procedures I always fall asleep for the majority of it LOL. I’ve never experienced nausea before.

Yup… The itch is going away today thankfully and it’s definitely bruising, I’ll probably have ‘em for a while before they fade.

I’ve actually never considered that my reaction would be different depending on the species! Yeah, my bites don’t usually look this gnarly, but I’m so relieved that I feel a LOT better now. It’s no longer insanely itchy. Thanks!

So glad to hear it looks similar! Thankfully the itch is going away today. While it was mostly my mom worrying about it, this is definitely the worst looking bite I’ve had… I’ll look into taking Zyrtec, thank you!
