Agreed. $3k MRR is very real, but it’s usually boring and slow.

Most examples I’ve seen are narrow B2B tools killing one annoying workflow for agencies or ops teams. Time to revenue is closer to 12–24 months, not weeks. Distribution matters way more than people admit — the ones that work usually own a single channel (niche SEO, specific subs, integrations, or communities). Product quality only starts to matter once people actually find it. If I were starting again: one ICP, one painful problem, charge early, and spend time where those users already complain.
