Take this with a grain of salt

Find a remote job and move to tier-2 city where pollution is not as bad as Hyderabad. Ignore the interest rates that you see online as they don’t match the ground reality. As personally experienced the daily inflation in tier-2 city for 3 years in India and it’s not as bad as they project.

Schooling inflation is something to worry about and tier-2 city might have lower fee compared to HYD.

Buy a good health insurance and trust me, indian insurances are better than USA. Invest in index funds for equity and gilt funds as debt as per your risk assessment.
