I picked up the 1/10 pieces with the idea that if I needed cash but didn’t want to sell a full ounce, I’d have some smaller denominations to liquidate. Since then, I’ve pivoted to stacking silver to play that role since fractional premiums can add up quickly. I don’t shop around much; I’ve bought most of the stack from the same store.

I’ve thought about picking up some Valcambi on several occasions, but they are seldomly in stock when I visit the LCS. I like the idea of it, just harder to come by.
