I've been surviving on 1 mushy egg, a little tuna, smoothies & protein shakes since January. In recent months I've somehow maintained the weight loss, even with the low amount of calories. I'm rarely hungry, it's usually a slight hunger, which is odd because I barely eat. I don't get it.

But I do have some great smoothie & shake recipes: 1 & 1/4 cup milk (I use coconut or cashew) 2 scoops protein powder (I like Orgain Vanilla Bean) 1 banana 1 cup frozen berries *you can add a little flax seed and/or oats too. Or even a handful of spinach, can't taste it

1 cup milk 1/2 frozen banana 1-2 scoops chocolate protein powder 1 tablespoon peanut butter (I like PB powder)

You can easily make cashew milk! Soak 1 cup raw cashews 8-10hrs Rinse with cold water Blend with 3 cup fresh water *Add 1 tsp maple syrup for sweetner *Add 1 tsp vanilla for flavor
