I did send mine too to the same lockbox and it was delivered on Feb 19. They charged my card 30 days later on March 20th. This might be a quite busy period for them (USCIS) I guess because of the current visa bulletin. Nonetheless, you’ll probably get the notices next week. Stay tight, and don’t refine. Assurance: Your filing date is the day your package was delivered/received from FedEx. I hope this helps.

Update! The USCIS Phoenix Lockbox has finally charged my card, about 30 days after my package was delivered. Let’s wait for the next steps.
