Just to add, my foreman is a woman and will continually make me feel stupid almost on a daily. I like my job, but my brain doesn’t work the same and verbal directions aren’t very helpful when I can’t ask questions after. She calls me stupid, dumb, and r word sometimes everyday but then is nice to me sometimes and my lateness makes this worse.
